Products and Educational Purpose
Our downloadable guides, worksheets, templates, checklists, and related materials provide general business education. They are not legal, accounting, tax, financial, procurement, employment, or compliance advice.
No business result, revenue level, customer-acquisition result, certification, government contract, proposal award, or other outcome is guaranteed.
License
Unless a product states otherwise, each purchase provides one limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use.
Customers may use and print the materials for themselves or within their own business. Customers may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, reproduce for commercial distribution, remove ownership notices, or use the materials to create a competing product.
Orders and Payments
Customers agree to provide accurate order and payment information. Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise.
Orders may be declined or canceled when fraud, payment failure, pricing error, unauthorized use, or another legitimate problem is identified.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Customers are responsible for providing a working email address, maintaining access to their email account, and using compatible software and equipment.

Refunds
